Shipping periods provided are our best estimates, but please understand they are not certain. We are committed to send your order as fast as possible and we appreciate your comprehension regarding external variables such as delays.
Kindly be aware: we endeavor to ensure the satisfaction of all our customers by delivering orders promptly and providing the necessary assistance.
Usually, purchases are managed in the course of 5 working days. Orders placed on Fridays’ afternoons, weekends, or holidays will be handled the next business day.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Times and prices vary based on location:
Spain: 3-5 working days - 6€
Europe: 4-7 working days - 15€
UK: 4-7 working days - 25£
USA and rest of the world: 8-15 working days. Note that certain countries may experience longer delivery times, possibly up to 30 days - 50€
Colima provides free standard shipping in Spain for orders over 400€ (VAT included).
REFUNDS & returns
Returns will be accepted within a period of 7 days from the delivery or pickup date. If we receive requests for returns after this time frame, they will not be refunded - instead, we will provide you a gift card equivalent to the value of your purchase, which you can use for another order.
If the item returned has been worn, with stains, washed or received under different conditions from how it was sent, it will not be processed. Pieces must be in perfect terms and returned with original tags.
Customers are responsible for covering the expenses associated with return shipping. Colima does not assume responsibility for returns lost during transportation. It is advisable to include tracking and insurance for your security. Returns should arrive to our studio in Madrid.
Shipping costs from the order will not be refunded. Even if you had free shipping, this expense will still be reduced from your refund.
Please ship your order back with a reliable courier, we are not responsible for lost parcels.
Once we receive your return, refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed.
If the customer has bought a product which is indeed sold out, Colima has the right to cancel it and refund the amount paid.

import taxes
All customs duties, taxes or fees are responsibility of the customer. Colima is required to accurately declare the value of international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the indicated packing slip.
Orders may incur duties and taxes based on the destination country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price. Colima cannot control processing times or duty rates set by Customs in each country.
In the event of a return or exchange, any duties paid will not be refunded. Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or fees. Colima must accurately declare the value of international orders on customs forms and packing slips.
